I needed a frozen pipe repaired that burst in my attic. Tim kept in touch with me, came on time, got it fixed in a timely manner, and was very friendly and informative. He was the best! He answered all my questions, checked to make sure there were no more leaks, and made sure I had everything I needed before he left. I would 100% recommend his services and company to anyone and would use him again!

I used Brasington because it is the same company my parents always used. I had a leak in a pipe in my yard. They found the leak and fixed it with a minimum of digging up the yard. They were very professional, but nice and had the work done in a little over an hour. I would highly recommend Brasington.

Brasington installed new plumbing for a new bathroom in my 1940s home, as well as running a new water line to the house from the meter. They knocked the job out quickly, and they were fun to work with. (I was doing more cosmetic-oriented jobs for the new bathroom at the same time) Good crew, they weren't my cheapest quote, or the most expensive quote, but I went with them because I felt they were the right people upon meeting them. Great company.

I made a urgent call on a Sunday night to Braisington, our AC had stopped blowing cold air and the coils were frozen. Then sent out David the very next morning. After diagnosing the problem I was going to have to replace the unit. David explained to me the different units, their warranty and an estimate. I was terrified of having to come up with a large sum. He explained the finance options and left for the day. David called me the next day to let me know that he had found a deal that saved me almost 1/3rd the cost. I took 2 days to come up with the funds but by Friday Morning they were installing my new unit. I can't thank Braisington Plumbing Heating and air enough for there fast, affordable and professional quality service. Would recommend to anyone.
