This will likely sound like a family member writing are review...but...honestly it's ain't! I have been a customer for several decades and have always found their attention to detail, expertise, friendless and willingness to work with you well above and beyond the ordinary. I am always more then comfortable for them to do the work while I am away at work so I don't have to alter my work schedule to solve a plumbing or heating emergency. Enough said. Good, competent folks who do good work. Can't recommend them enough!
We needed some areas inspected as a follow-up to a Home Inspection Report. Mr. Brasington came out and answered all of our questions as he reviewed the areas. He explained how the home inspector could have come to the conclusions and eased my mind about addressing the concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to use Brasington in the future.
Heat wasn’t blowing warm air, never a good thing on a cold morning. Contacted this company after being referred by a neighbor who has had wonderful service from them both plumbing and hvac. David came out to my home immediately diagnosed the issue and resolved the problem. My husband and I were completely satisfied with the technician’s knowledge and communication in explaining to us exactly what was wrong and how the problem was going to be resolved. Extremely fair pricing and very prompt service. This company has another satisfied customer, will definitely recommend!
Brasington Plumbing came out to our church, Providence Baptist Church in Gaston and installed a pedestal sink, new pipes/drains, repaired toilet and other tasks. We were extremely satisfied with the completed work. The technicians were professional and courteous and we would highly recommend them. Thanks Brasington Plumbing!
