  • A 15% discount: For the duration of your partnership, you will receive a 15% discount off the bottom line for any service repairs or parts.
  • A 100% satisfaction guarantee: If you’re not fully satisfied with your service, let us know and we’ll make it right or you don’t pay.
  • It is transferable: If you move, the agreement can be transferred to the new home or the buyer of your new home.

Our Service Partner™ Program Plumbing Benefits

No matter how well you care for your plumbing system, emergencies do happen. As a Service Partner™, we will waive any emergency service fees no matter when you call—you’ll only pay from the standard pricing menu.

Additionally, our Lexington plumbers will perform on-going safety inspections to ensure that your plumbing system is in optimal operating condition. Our goal is to restore your peace of mind, which is why you’ll receive a detailed report explaining what we found and any concerns we have. This will allow us to catch potential emergencies before they become large, costly problems. And if you need any minor adjustments, we’ll take care of them for free. We’ll even call you to schedule your appointments so you won’t have to worry about it.

The Importance of Heating & Cooling Service

In order to keep your heating and cooling systems working properly, they need to have routine maintenance performed. By signing up as a Service Partner™, you’ll receive a high-performance tune-up that will reduce breakdowns by 95% and lower your utility bills by up to 30%.

Additionally, you’ll never have to worry about remembering to schedule maintenance service. Instead, we’ll call you when it’s time to schedule an appointment. Your equipment is our priority.

Our Affordable Prices

At Brasington Plumbing, Heating and Air, our mission is to provide money-saving solutions to all of our customers. That’s why it’s inexpensive to join our Service Partner™ Program. It is only $6.95 a month per plumbing system and $12.95 per month for an HVAC system. You can also add additional coverage for another HVAC system for only $6.48 a month.
